Pallet racking is designed and built to be sturdy. Damage on racks can happen like run into by a forklift, too much weight or overloading, improper loading and unloading and  lack of maintenance. These can cause racking to become unsafe which might result to damaged of stock or worker injury.

Here are some Racking Protection you may use:

BodyGuard is formed from Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer  (EPDM) and  is developed to absorb the impact force form materials handling equipment and diffuse it through the duard rather than the post.  This can be notched around beans and connectors to suit changing beam level requirements. 

Angle Guard is designed to easily for around the upright, the angle guard deflects frontal impact whilst minimising loading obstruction. It is constructed from thick plate steel and designed with a strong triangular shape. This protects racking and products from forklift related damage. 

Corner Guard  is a sacrificial design unit which is constructed from heavy thick plate steel. This will securely fixed to the ground with heavy duty concrete anchors and easy to install.  This will protect the racking and products from forklift damage. 

End Frame Barrier is a long heavy duty styled rack protective frame formed thick plate steel. It is designed to fit at the end of runs of raking and offering protection form passing traffic. It protects racking and products form forklift related damage. 

Traffic Bollard is a plastic bollard designed to defect impact and separate pedestrians from passing warehouse traffic.  The free standing unit can be easily installed within a desired location where pedestrian and warehouse traffic are at risk to one another.
