WHICH IS WHICH - PLASTIC OR STEEL LOCKER?



LOCKERS is a small, usually narrow storage compartment. It is usually equipped with lock and intended for use in public places. Locker door usually have some kind of ventilation to provide for the flow of air to aid cleanliness. It is commonly used as storage for personal belongings. Sizes also differ depending on the need. 

Materials used is one of the deciding factor of choosing.

Metal and Plastic are the common materials used for lockers. 



METAL  is very durable and easy to clean. Rust may be an issue if not properly maintained That is why manufacturer use Stainless steel metal because of its corrosion resistance and Powder - Coated Steel helps to stand up to the wear and tear caused by weather and other factors.   



PLASTIC is Lightweight and water resistant.  Exposure to sunlight can cause degradation to most plastics. Use of UV- Resistant Plastic. Food Grade Plastic is also possible to be used depending on the requirement. 

Either of metal or plastic locker have their PROS and CONS.
