A conference room is a large room where a number of people can have a conference. 

Here are some of the fundamental steps in setting up your conference room. 

LAYOUT

The standard or boardroom layout is probably the most recognizable meeting room setup. It includes a rectangle, oval, or round table in a room.

ACCESSIBILITY

Creating an accessible conference room space is important for the comfort of the employees or the attendees. Make sure that the aisles at least three to six feet wide to accommodate the movement of people with mobility aid.
